No, due to the challenges and obstacles presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Accredited Snow Contractors Association (ASCA) is taking its 2020 Executive Summit to the digital realm.

“We’ve established the annual Executive Summit as the leading educational and networking conference serving business leaders in the snow and ice management industry,” says ASCA Executive Director Kevin Gilbride. “The pandemic’s persistence created obstacles for snow contractors to attend and enjoy this year’s event. Therefore, we made the decision to continue to serve the industry by providing this high-end education, and the digital venue allows us to bring these great speakers and online networking event to a wider, more inclusive industry group of snow professionals.”

Yes! All attendees may transfer their registration to the 2021 dates, which will be announced soon. If an attendee does opt to transfer their registration to 2021 they will also receive free access to the 2020 ASCA Executive Summit Virtual event. Attendees registered for ASCA Executive Summit prior to the transfer to the virtual event can also request a full refund or a partial refund to cover the cost for the 2020 virtual event.

2020 ASCA Executive Summit Virtual will take place September 17th - 18th.

The 2020 ASCA Executive Summit Virtual will take place in Eastern Time.

Yes! ASCA is also offering partial refunds on your registration fees to refund the difference between what was originally paid for registration and the cost for the virtual event.

To purchase access to the full event, the cost is $49 per person for ASCA members and $69 per person for non-members.

If you made your hotel reservation through the discount room block your hotel room will be automatically cancelled for you. If you booked your room outside of the group block you will need to contact the hotel directly in order to cancel your reservation.

Please see the cancelation policy of the airline or other transportation provider and make changes to your travel plans according to their policies.

Full refunds for registration will be available by request until September 1st for any attendee that registered prior to the event becoming digital. After that point any attendees who have not requested a refund will automatically have their registrations transferred to 2021 and will be registered to attend the 2020 virtual event.

All domestic attendee refunds will be issued through your original payment method.
