Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing on company letterhead and either faxed or e-mailed to the 2020 ASCA Executive Summit. Voice mails will not be accepted. Please see your confirmation email for further information. A full refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee will be provided if the cancellation is received by August 30, 2020. No refunds will be issued after August 30, 2020, or for no-shows. The ASCA Executive Summit reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees only will be issued if this occurs.
